The Home Buying Process

We find ‘THE ONE’ and it’s time to write an offer! Whoop. We will need to know your OFFER PRICE, DEPOSIT AMOUNT (due ~ 3 bus. days after acceptance), CONDITIONS & OTHER TERMS, ideal POSSESSION DATE, any INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS?
We draw up the paperwork for you to sign electronically – we will need to view a valid piece of PHOTO ID. All documents are given to you for financing purposes. We NEGOTIATE the best deal, discuss all CONDITIONS to be fulfilled, handle all DEPOSITS, CONVEY all documents to your LAWYER.
OFFER ACCEPTANCE! Based on your contract, we likely have a property inspection to perform, it is best to do this after finacning is approved but, in some cases may need to be done sooner. We will send a list of inspectors & lawyers. Call around for some quotes 🙂
Conditions have been removed and you have now OFFICIALLY BOUGHT A HOUSE – YAY! Next you meet with your Lawyer about 1-2 weeks prior to possession. We will send an email with more details.
***POSSESSION DAY!!! Possession will be anywhere from 11-2 all depending on when funds are received and the Lawyer has all closing documents. Please BE PATIENT, there may be delays! :)***
